Deck the halls with spring colours

I could hardly believe my eyes when I was looking outside my window this morning - it was snowing again and everything was covered already in white! Come on! It is the 17th of march today and everybody is waiting for warm weather, sun and the daffodils to start growing in the garden. Nobody wants snow any longer. That is why I started working on the spring deco inside the house, trying to just ignore what the weather is doing…

Crochet Flower Garland

Well, I really have had to hurry with this garland! Since the weather forecast says that the winter is coming back later today with lot of snow and minus temperatures again - I wanted to keep the spring feeling and hang my new garland in the window. Vintage Lace Curtain

Ever since I saw this in London as store decoration at Spitalfields market, I knew I wanted to make such a vintage lace curtain for our porch door. The only problem was to get enough lace and doily pieces together. But, Thanx to my lovely colleagues Nina and Christina it did not take very long.
