Best Waffles in Town im Danröschen

Am kommenden Samstag (8.11.) ist es tatsächlich wieder mal soweit: zum 5. Mal oder so findet das öffentliche Weihnachtsevent im Danröschen in Langenfeld bei Köln statt, dem süssen Schnick-Schnack Laden meiner Freundin Daniela (eifrige Backbuch Leser wissen das natürlich). Für dieses Jahr habe ich mir überlegt, anstatt ausladendem Kuchenbüffet soll es Waffeln in verschiedenen Formen und Geschmacksrichtungen geben. Das Motto für Weihnachten wird heute schon bekannt gegeben. I know, the weekend where we take down the Christmas decoration will come eventually every year, but when it´s actually there this means a couple of thing. I have have spent the last two saturdays at the sewing machine. The idea was to make christmas stockings for a couple of friend's pets. I admit it, I just love this song. So we decided to re-record it in German for this year´s Christmas video from Cute Cottage Overload. Christmas Tree with Piglets

Our Christmas tree this year has lot´s of home slippers hanging from it so that Santa has enough space for presents. For some odd reason a group of piglets have gathered around it. In order for them to be appropriately dressed each one is wearing a christmas accessoire.
