Peanutbutter Apple Cake with Caramel Drizzle

Sometimes on a Sunday, especially when the weather is bad, I just have to bake something. So this time I was experimenting with apples, peanutbutter and a dark caramel. As a basis for the cake, I used a standard Victoria Sponge recipe out of my book and added 10.000 cal of peanutbutter and a couple of apple slices. Cute Summer Indoor Bunting

To clear out all sorts of crafty leftovers, I came up with the idea for this summer bunting. From a decoration point of view, Easter definitely went by too quickly. I still have some cute ‚unposted‘ pictures. Hippity Hoppity Happy Easter

Just before Easter my friend Dani from Danroeschen got her cute little baby boy. Of course, I "volunteered" to take some pictures of him that should also turn into an Easter card. Table Decoration for Easter

A quick reminder to you and myself, that it is definitely time to set up the table decoration for Easter. I started in the kitchen with these amazing flowers and the set of "Easter" stamped eggs. No, the bunny coffee set is not part of the decoration as it disappeared pretty quickly after the picture was taken. I consider the photographer to be a suspect.
