My hubby and I headed to Holland last weekend, mainly for relaxing and because of the ooohhh so fantastic weather forecast! And it turned out exactly as planned. Just one hour flight time from Duesseldorf on the beautiful island of Jersey, I bumped into an original vintage Jersey icecream van. I think it's a perfect start for a vacation. However, the friendly icecream man was just closing and on his way home, so I did not get my Jersey Soft, but he promised to be back tomorrow.
Staying there for one night, means in my calculation: Two times breakfast is possible! Well, that's what we did. The always friendly hubby was kind enough, not to ask questions, why we have to go especially to this place, etc etc and were just helpful to find it!
